This was a hybrid project for Apache.  Not only did we provide, fabricate and install the heavy timber system, we provided and installed other components of the building.  This included the common roof framing, porch roof and deck, interior board & batten and all the trim as well as the exterior finish and cement fiberboard. All of the heavy timber was Douglas Fir and the remaining material was Southern Yellow Pine.  The entire process took six months from contract to completion.
